Announcing his intentions to get serious about creating a future for Australia where we all work together he seemed serious enough about bringing a new voice and vision to Australian politics.

Congratulations Kevin on your win. At The Newsette, we hope that you can achieve everything you desire.

John Howard may have lost this election, and his own seat but he has built a good platform for you to springboard off as you lead this country forward.

The 2007 Australian Election has been played out over the internet for the first time ever with both candidates John Howard and Kevin Rudd using web sites and YouTube to actively promote their policies as well as some timely criticism of each other.

You have to wonder however, if Kevin Rudd is sitting back this morning as comfortably as he might have once been after this embarrasing video was posted on YouTube this morning:

After what appeared to be a semi-convincing win in the Great Debate last night (if you believe the worm and the national papers) his house of cards might have started to fall today.

So I open the question up to the readers.

Will this footage of Kevin Rudd change your opinion of him or change your vote?

Or is he fooling everyone with the old finger switch and picking his ear with one and putting a different one in his mouth?

These, my readers, are the really important questions!
