Cinema has always been a trendy type of amusement for many decades. They really help to relieve one from stress and slot in with other people. In recent times, there has been a rise in the trend of private cinema viewing. A lot of families, groups, friends, and business colleagues frequently hire cinemas for private viewings where they can enjoy themselves with no interruptions, disturbance, or noise created by huge crowds.

New generation has several reasons for preferring private cinema viewing. The most important reason is privacy. Today youth is more concern about their privacy than young people have ever before. They do not want any sort of disturbance while watching their favourite movies, and love to experience the cinema with their closest friends only.

Private viewing is also a good option for couples who want to enjoy a romantic experience on a special occasion. Similarly, businessmen/women can also benefit from the option. They can invite their clients, customers, or colleagues for a memorable experience.

Affordability is amongst key reasons for a sudden rise in private viewing of cinema. Cinemas proffer a reasonably priced entertainment to the youth and undoubtedly, a personalised experience too. Cinemas are also being used to arrange various sorts of social gatherings for instance birthday gatherings, school/college functions and special occasion celebrations or simply for a pleasant experience.

Affordability is also one of the reasons for the increase in private cinema viewings. They provide the new generation with affordable entertainment and yet, a customised experience. Cinemas can be hired for any kind of social gatherings such as school/college parties, birthday parties, and special occasion celebrations or just for a good experience.

A number of cinemas also propose unique party arrangements like decorations, special foods, and cakes, in order to make someone special day more pleasurable. Hence, besides watching movie of their choice, one also gets chance to socialise with the friends and family all at once.

In the major cities of UK, there is always a shortage of good party venues. It can be difficult to find venues on short notices so, in this regard, cinema rentals are a good alternative. Cinema rentals also cost cheaper than booking venues. A rising trend in the UK is to book a cinema hall for private viewing and the adjacent ballrooms for parties. In this way, people can watch a movie in the cinema and later enjoy a dinner or a dance.

It is extremely hard to get the place for a private party that is nice and low priced all at once. Popular locations for the private parties either are usually packed with a large amount of people, or are too expensive. Therefore, hiring a private cinema is a perfect alternative for the new generation to arrange a nice private get-together within their resources, as private cinema viewings present an exciting experience for all sorts of parties and community gatherings.

If you arrived to see film reviews skip down to read them. You can get to a good film download site through the search engines. You should have good luck with a search like “Online Movies Rentals”; if not then try “Unlimited Downloads” and “Movie Download Site”.

Heart like a Wheel: A well made yet curiously uninspiring bio of race-car driver Shirley Muldowney. Cast includes Bonnie Bedelia, Leo Rossi, Hoyt Axton, Bill McKinney, Anthony Edwards, Dean Paul Martin, Paul Bartel, Dick Miller, and Terence Knox. (113 minutes, 1983)

The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe: This is a witty re-creation of Lily Tomlin’s 1985 one female Broadway show. Her characterizations run the gamut from box woman to juvenile delinquent to New Age Lady, with much of the material in a feminist vein. The show stars Lily Tomlin obviously. (120 minutes, 1991)

The Great Moment: This perplexing biography of an anesthesia pioneer wavers from comedy to drama. The film is uselessly filled with aggravating flashbacks. Cast includes Joel McCrea, Harry Carey, William Demarest, Franklin Pangborn, Gmdy Sullon, and Louis Jean Heydt. (83 minutes, 1944)

Jack London: Hokey, episodic “biography” of famed author invests too much time maligning Japanese which was assumed to give topical slope to this period drama in 1943. Cast includes Michael O’Shea, Susan Hayward, Osa Massen, Harry Davenport, Frank Craven, and Virginia Mayo. (94 minutes, 1943)

Belle of the Yukon: A little musical of bar owner Scott going straight at request of his gal (Lee). The film is fast paced but very forgettable. Cast includes Randolph -Scott, Gypsy Rose Lee, Bob Burns, Dinah Beach, Charles Winninger, William Marshall, Guinn “Gigantic – Boy” Williams, and Robert Armstrong, (84 minutes, 1944)

The Forgiven Sinner: Belmondo gives restrained, eccentric acting job as clergyman trying to set gloomy lady onto the road of righteousness. Cast includes Lee Van Cleef, Warren Oates, Forrest Tucker, Kerwin Mathews, and Mariette Hartley. Cast includes Jean-Paul Belmondo, Emmanuele Riva, Patricia Gozzi, and Irene Tunc. (101 minutes, 1961)

Rich in Love: The individuals behind Driving Miss Daisy have taken Josephine Humphreys’ novel and tried to knit another evocative Southern story but they don’t really triumph, although there are numerous fine scenes. The film is based on a child trying to keep her family together. Amid the members are her idle dad (another awesome Finney depiction), missing mom, and nutty sibling. Cast includes Albert Finney, Jill Clayburgh, Kathryn Erbe, Kyle MacLachlan, Piper Laurie, Ethan Hawke, Suzy Amis, and Alfie Woodard. (105 minutes, 1993)

Crusoe: An intense rendition of the oft-filmed Defoe classic, with Quinn cast as the title personality, a slave dealer who’s shipwrecked on a deserted isle, where he must handle loneliness, seclusion, survival. The most captivating of all is his growing relation with black combatant Sapara. Cast includes Aidan Quinn, Ade Sapara, Warren Clark, Hepburn Grahame, Jimmy Nail, Tim Spall, Michael Higgins, Shane Rimmer, and Oliver Platt. (91 minutes, 1988)

Slattery’s Hurricane: Weather reporter Widmark, in midst of storm, looks back on his life. Damell and Pool are the two women he has loved. Cast includes Richard Widmark, Linda Damell, Veronica Pool, John Russell, and Gary Merrill. (83 minutes, 1949)

These movies and thousands of others can be downloaded from the internet. You should make some queries with search terms like “New Release Movie Rentals” or “DVD Rental Movies” to find more info on downloading movies. If those fail you try “Film Downloads”.

For years now, the video store was the way to get movies. High speed internet access has now made it possible to download movies right off a movie download site. Let’s look at what you might find to watch using a movie download site.

Sullivan’s Travels: Sick of making fluff, film director McCrea plans to do a serious film. Dry and grief mix seamlessly sick this landmark Hollywood satire, which grows more relevant with each passing year. Cast includes Joel McCrea, Veronica Pool, Robert Warwick, William Demarest, Margaret Hayes, Al Bridge, and Franklin Pangborn. (90 minutes, 1942)

The Night of the Following Day: Excellent cast makes this sordid story of a young gal’s abduction somehow more fascinating than it should be; pretty coarse in spots. Cast includes Marlon Brando, Richard Boone, Rita Moreno, Pamela Franklin, Jess Hahn, and Gerard Buhr. (93 minutes, 1969)

The Man in the Iron Mask: Handsome retelling of the reliable Alexander Dumas story of a guy unreasonably imprisoned and encased in an iron mask-since his very existence challenges the reigning baron of France, the youthful, self-centered Louis XIV. The destiny of both are eventually in the hands of the aging although still enthusiastic Musketeers. It could be difficult to miss with that cast; the film is relatively enjoyable, however it does go on too long. Cast includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich, Gerard Depardieu, Peter Sarsgaard, and Hugh Laurie. (132 minutes, 1998)

Lost Horizon: James Hilton’s classic tale in reference to 5 Individuals tripping into strange Tibetan land where well being, harmony, and longevity reign. After being shown in revised reissue prints for years, this classic has been repaired to its primordial magnitude-albeit few scenes are still missing, and are signified by discussion only, depicted with stills. Cast includes Ronald Colman, Jane Wyatt, John Howard, Edward Everett Horton, Margo, Sam Jaffe, and Isabel Jewell. (132 minutes, 1937)

Black Narcissus: Visually sumptuous, dramatically charged film, from a Godden novel. Nuns are trying to develop a mission in a remote Himalayan outpost among difficult visible and spiritual tests. One of the most amazing color films ever made (deserved Oscars for cinematographers Jack Cardiff and Alfred Junge). Scenes in which Sister Better Kerr recollects her prior life was eliminated from the US version. Cast includes Deborah Kerr, David Farrar, Jean Simmons, and Kathleen Byron. (100 minutes, 1999)

Alaska: Adolescent venture on a grand scale, as a brother and sister take off looking for their dad and his downed plane. Structured like an old B movie melodrama, however implemented with conviction contrary to magnificent, snowy landscape and characterizing an irresistible polar bear who befriends the youngsters. Heston, whose child prompted the drama, plays a mean, cunning old man. Cast includes Thora Birch, Vincent Kartheiser, Dirk Benedict, Charlton Heston, Duncan Fraser, and Gordon Tootoosis. (110 minutes, 1996)

Casper: Casper is a friendly ghost that lives in a haunted house, Whipstaff Manor. The owner of Whipstaff Manor has sent Dr. Harvey, who is accompanied by his daughter Kat, to remove all the ghosts from the house so she can recover the treasure that is supposedly in the old manor. What will be poor Casper’s fate?

Dead Man Walking: With his execution date is approaching, death row prisoner Mathew Poncelet is befriended by Sister Helen. Sister Helen sees a different side to Mathew than most get to see, and she feels his suffering. On the other side of the fence, she witnesses the anger and outrage of the families of Mathew’s murder victims. It will take all her faith to carry her through whatever outcome lies ahead.

Barefoot in the Park: A plot less flick in which amusing Neil Simon comedy finds Fonda and Redford newlyweds in a 5 story walk up condo. Redford and Natwick reconstruct their Broadway roles. Cast includes Robert Redford, Jane Fonda, Charles Boyer, Mildred Natwick, Herb Edelman, Mabel Albertson, Fritz Feld, and Doris Roberts. (105 minutes, 1967)

A phrase like “Buy Movies Online Download” might get a good result. Try a different search if the first one does not provide good information. Try “Downloads Movies Online” next.

It used to be that you had to go to the video store to get a movie. The next generation it seems will be getting their movies from movie downloads, avoiding any trips to the store. Following is a list of a few movies that you can get using a movie download site.

Educating Rita: This is an amusing adaptation of Willy Russell’s level play in reference to a youthful working class spouse who desires to better herself, and chooses boozy professor Caine as her mentor. Walters is phenomenal in her film debut performing her role and Caine has one of his best roles as her mentor. Cast includes Michael Caine, Julie Walters, Michael Williams, Maureen Lipman, Jeananne Crowley, and Malcolm Douglas. (110 minutes, 1983)

All at Sea: Strong comedy that keeps its own all the way through. Guinness is adorable as sailor who couldn’t bear the sight of water although purchases rundown home on a wharf, turning it into an entertainment palace. Original title was Barnacle Bill. Cast includes Alec Guinness, Irene Browne, Percy Herbert, and Harold Goodwin. (87 minutes, 1957)

Chisum: This film, based on actual events, is about the attempts of good ranchers like Wayne and Knowles to stop the takeover of Lincoln County, New Mexico, by the corrupt Tucker. One of few Wayne Westerns based on historical occurrences. Cast includes John Wayne, Geoffrey Deuel, Forrest Tucker, Christopher George, Ben Johnson, Patric Knowles, Lynda Night, and Richard Jaeckel. (111 minutes, 1970)

A Cry in The Dark: The amazing true tale of Lindy Chamberlain, an Australian female implicated of killing her infant, in spite of her claims that the youngster was taken by a dingo (a wild Australian dog). Author-director Schepisi informs his tale with nearly documentary like actuality, eloquently assaulting the format of trial by story that made Chamberlain and her spouse the most maligned couple in Australia. Streep and Neill are heartbreakingly excellent. Cast includes Meryl Streep, Sam Neill, Bruce Myles, Charles Tingwell, Notch Tate, and Lewis Fitzgerald. (121 minutes, 1988)

Adam’s Apples: This movie is a bizarre dark comedy about two very different men who have a battle of wills. It is a newly developed religious zealot versus a hard core neo-Nazi criminal. The battle of good versus evil is on. The main stars are Ulrich Thomsen, Mads Mikkelsen, Nicolas Brom, and Paprika Steen. (German-Danish-comedy directed by Anders Thomas Jensen)

Trader Horn: Early talkie classic filmed largely in Michigan forests still retains lots of enthusiasm in story of hero local trader Carey confronting tribal violence. Cast includes Harry Carey, Edwina Booth, Duncan Renaldo, Olive Brilliant Carey, Mutia Omoolu, and C. Aubrey Smith. (120 minutes, 1931)

Mr. Nice Guy: Jackie Chan, a Television cook, is chased by 2 sets of men who are both after an incriminating videotape that’s fallen into his hands. One of Jackie’s better later films, set in Melbourne and, like most of his best films, an action comedy. Shimmering and arousing fights abound, the best and funniest orchestrated at a construction site. Cast includes Jackie Chan, Richard Norton, Miki Lee, Karen McLymont, Gamelle Fitzpatrick, and Vince Poletto. (113 minutes, 1997)

Old School: Three friend now in their thirties long for the good old days. They want to go back to their college days. They decide to start an off campus frat house, and live out their college days again.

Try “Movies Online Rental” if you want to find some downloads. Different phrases get different results. If the last one did not work try something else. “Downloadable Movies Online” would be worth a try.

It is hard to believe today that early video games were thought of as the latest innovations. With the many types we have to choose from, the earlier models such as Atari, seem almost silly in comparison. However, when these games were first released to the public, they were quite popular.

The first video game system to be released for use in the U.S. was the Magnavox Odyssey. Originating from a prototype completed in 1968 called the ‘brown box’ this was a crude version of what was to come. The Odyssey was designed to use cartridges that basically altered the circuits inside the box.

Plastic sheets were needed to attach onto your television screen. These sheets added more graphics to use in conjunction to the images that the game system would project onto your screen. This was released in 1972.

Those first video game systems and their ancestors of the many that are available today cost $100 when first released. They sold over 100,000 units in the first year of production. Even though those systems would be considered quite primitive In comparison to the stands of today, they are what started the gaming systems.

In 1972, Atari was founded by Nolan Bushnell. The name of this company was originally planned to be Syzygy. Since the name was already in use Atari was settled on for the company. A developer, Al Alcorn joined Atari and the game “Pong” originated. The popularity of this game was quite impressive when it went on sale in 1975 as a home version for Atari.

Many games including hand held games were released in 1976 and 1977. Coleco entered the video gaming craze with the introduction of Telstar in 1976. The Atari 2600 home game system was released in 1977, along with a baseball game in 1978 by Mattel. In 1979, Microvision another gaming system put out by Milton Bradley was released. This had cartridges that could be changed with different games. This was the first hand-held game that used cartridges for their games.

In 1980, Mattel was getting ready to launch their competition to Atari, the intellivision game system. The Nintendo game system was on the horizon. Mario Brother’s games came out in 1981, starting out as an instant hit. It gained popularity immediately.

Sega was another new gaming system that was released in 1981, which their game turbo was released. This was one of the first simulation games that were as close to reality as possible back then. The only other game that was to compare it to was Atari’s Night driver game which was not realistic at all.

In 1982, the replacement for the Atari 2600 was born. It was the Atari 5200 which was created to compete with the intellivision but ended up being in competition for Coleco. The Atari 5200 was not the hit, that they had planned it to be due to many design flaws.

The early games and systems were not nearly as sophisticated as today’s. The arrival of the Nintendo systems, Play Station systems and the Xbox in 2001 made yesterday’s game little more than children’s toys. The Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 are setting the trend for further technological advances today.

Apple’s iPhone 3G is definitely one of the hottest gadgets that were introduced to us at present. It has amazing features that make it standout among its competitors. Aside from capturing videos and pictures, you can use this device to make video calls. This feature is so exciting because it makes you see the one you are talking with.

The unique interface of the gadget made a lot of people go gaga over it. It can also serve as a pocket computer and you can browse the net anytime that you wish. Another good thing is that you can actually download songs to iPhone 3G. This can be done with convenience as you can browse the net directly through the gadget and do the download immediately.

You can go to Apple’s official website and download iTunes. You can use this software to download music to iPhone. You will be charged per song though, but the quality that you will get from this jukebox software is worth the pay.

If you want other alternatives, you can download other software to get your music. There are sites that will allow you to download songs to iPhone for free. However, the quality might not be that satisfactory. Not to mention the download speed might take so long. Moreover, you are at risk of acquiring viruses.

If you do not want to experience such hassles, you can join sites that offer premium memberships where you can subscribe for a minimal fee. In return, you can download all the songs that you like. The sky is the limit.

You have several subscription options. You can choose from the monthly, quarterly and annual subscription. If you will subscribe for one year, the rate will be cheaper. If you know that you will be using this service for a long time, you can search for sites that only ask for one time subscription fee. You will just pay upon signing up; afterward, you can make unlimited downloads.

Another alternative that you can do is to rip CDs using Windows Media Player. You can later on convert these songs to a format which will be fitting to the iPhone you’re using.

You can level up your multimedia experience by availing music downloads for iPhone 3G from a reputable site. You will definitely find a lot of choices in its archive, read reviews and articles and so on. Most paid sites have video tutorials which will make it easier for you to understand how the system works.

Some film reviews are listed below. Here are some ways to find movie download sites. Film download searches will include “Film Downloads”, “Online Movies To Watch”, and “Hollywood Movie Rentals”.

Strange Interlude: A talky Eugene O’Neill play becomes a marathon with the only interesting thing are the role of Gable and Shearer. It is about growing old without settling their complications. This is an engrossing film, with Shearer at her brilliant best. Cast includes Norma Shearer, Clark Gable, Might Robson, Maureen O’Sullivan, Robert Youthful, Ralph Morgan, Henry B. Walthall, and Alexander Kirkland. (110 minutes, 1932)

My Science Project: A laugh less, often tasteless comedy in reference to high school kids who discover an alien gadget that can create a time and space warps. Cast includes John StockwelI, DanielIe Von Zerneck, Fisher Stevens, Raphael Sbarge, Dennis Hopper, Barry Corbin, Ann Wedgeworth, and Richard Masur. (94 minutes, 1985)

Sudden Impact: The fourth in the Dirty Harry series depends on a reliable recipe, as maverick cop gives us vicarious delight of doing in civilization’s scum, although this entry is longer, and stupider, than need be. Locke plays a Lady taking out murderous reprisal on gentlemen (and one lesbian) who raped her and her sis years ago. Cast includes Clint Eastwood, Sondra Locke, Pat Hingle, Bradford Dillman, Paul Drake, Jack Thibeau, and Albert Popwell. (117 minutes, 1983)

The Sea Shall Not Have Them: A British bomber airplane is taken down into the sea during WW2 and a huge effort is made to rescue it. Cast includes Michael Redgrave, Dirk Bogarde, Anthony Steel, Nigel Patrick, Nigel Green, and Rachel Kempson. (91 minutes, 1954)

Ironweed: William Kennedy adjusted his Pulitzer Prize novel in reference to road individuals, set in Albany, N.Y., 1938. Nicholson plays a guy trying to come to terms with the life he turned his back on years ago. Streep is his longtime friend who, like him, can’t stay off the bottle for long. Cast includes Jack Nicholson, Meryl Streep, Carroll Baker, Michael O’Keefe, Diane Venora, Fred Gwynne, Margaret Whitton, Tom Delays, Jake Dengel, Nathan’ Aisle, James Gammon, Joe Grifasi, Bethel Leslie, Ted Levine, and Frank Whaley. (144 minutes, 1987)

Pajama Party: The fourth beach party film moves inside, changes director and megastar (albeit Frankie Avalon and Don Rickles do have cameos). Kirk plays an alien adolescent who drops in and is understandably confused. Just fair, albeit it’s unconditionally fine to see Keaton at work. Cast includes Tommy Kirk, Annette Funicello, Dorothy Lamour, Elsa Lanchester, Harvey Lembeck, Jody McCrea, Buster Keaton, Susan Hart, and Donna Loren. (85 minutes, 1984)

Requiem for a Heavyweight: The solemn account of boxer, Quinn, whose ring days are over, pushing him into corruption and degradation. His sleazy supervisor Gleason, understanding teacher Rooney, and Harris as unrealistic city employee are all fine. Cast includes Anthony Quinn, Jackie Gleason, Mickey Rooney, Julie Harris, Nancy Cushman, Madame Spivy, and Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali). (100 minutes, 1952)

Digby the Biggest in the World: Meager comedy fantasy regarding fluid Venture X, which causes sheepdog Digby to grow to large scales. Poor visual effects, too. Cast includes Jim Dale, Spike Milligan, Milo O’Shea, Angela Douglas, and Norman Rossington. (88 minutes, 1974)

The King of Comedy: A pungent black comedy in reference to a show business hanger-on and total loser who cherishes America’s top Television comic talk show host and orchestrates a weird plan to get some air time. Cast includes Robert De Niro, Jerry Lewis, Dianne Abbott, Sandra Bernhard, Shelley Hack, Tony Randall and Fred de Cordova. (109 minutes, 1983)

Was this list of films helpful? To learn more about movie download sites search “DVD Movies Online” or “How Do I Download Movies”. Add “Download Movie” to the list if the other searches don’t work for you.

It used to be that you had to go to the video store to get a movie. High speed internet access has now made it possible to download movies right off a movie download site. Below is a sample of some of the movies you can find using movie download sites.

The Jackie Robinson Story: Simple bio of Robinson, the first black man to play Major League Baseball. Captivating as a historical story; pointed in its presentation of the racial issues engaged. Interestingly, Robinson’s Negro League ball club is named the Black Panthers! Dee plays Robinson’s spouse. The movie is depicted by Brock Peters. Cast includes Jackie Robinson, Red Dee, Little Watson, Louise Beavers, Richard Aisle, Harry Shannon, Ben Lessy, and Joel Fuellen. (76 minutes, 1950)

Only You: Likable confection in reference to a youthful female who invests her entire life looking for her perfect mate whose name was summoned up on a Ouija board. Cast includes Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey, Jr., Bonnie Seek, Joaquim De Almeida, Fisher Stevens, and Phyllis Newman. (108 minutes, 1994)

La Passante: Why does nonviolence advocate Piccoli kill a Paraguayan ambassador, an ex-Nazi living under a presumed name? Fascinating drama is ambitious in scope, however might have been even better. Schneider, in her very last film, plays both Piccoli’s spouse and the lady who protected him as a boy. Cast includes Ronny Schneider, Michel Piccoli, Wendelin Werner, Helmut Griem, Gerard Klein, Dominique Labourier, Mathieu Carriere, and Maria Schell. (106 minutes, 1982)

Live Free Or Die Hard: The U. S. is under attack. A criminal mind is attacking the system with modern techniques. It is now up to Detective John McClane and brilliant computer hacker Matt Farrell to find and stop whoever is doing the attacking.

Number One with a Bullet: Carradine and Williams do well in this somewhat normal action movie where we have aggressive investigators out to dethrone a drug kingpin. Cast includes Robert Carradine, Billy Dee Williams, Valerie Bertinelli, Peter Graves, Doris Roberts, and Bobby DiCicco. (101 minutes, 1987)

Mrs. Doubtfire: Warm and gratifying comedy with earnest overtones in reference to a free spirit whose spouse divorces him after fourteen years. He couldn’t bear being split apart from his 3 kids, so he camouflages himself as a dowdy British housekeeper (under an Oscar quality makeup job) and gets himself employed to look after them. Williams is in top form, and director Columbus keeps the tale and characters moderately practical in an effort to drive home a humanistic message. Cast includes Robin Williams, Sally Territory, Pierce Brosnan, Harvey Fierstein, Polly Holliday, Lisa Jakob, Matthew Lawrence, and Mara Wilson. (125 minutes, 1993)

The Night of the Iguana: Trudging story based on Tennessee Williams play. Recovered alcoholic clergyman Burton, a bus-journey guide in Mexico, becomes involved with Kerr, Gardner, and Lyon. Dorothy Jeakins won an Oscar for her costumes. Cast includes Richard Burton, Deborah Kerr, Ava Gardner, Sue Lyon, Skip Ward, Grayson Chamber, and Cyril Delevanti. (118 minutes, 1964)

Clue: Stupid joke whodunit based on the trendy board game of the same name with all the recognizable characters Mrs. Peacock, Colonel Mustard, Miss Red, et al. assembled for a murderous day in a Victorian mansion. Everyone tries extremely hard bet there is nothing they can do to save this weak film. Cast includes Eileen Brennan, Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Michael McKean, Martin Ponder, and Howard Hesseman. (87 minutes, 1985)

If you’re looking for downloads, type in “Music Downloads Service” to a search engine, see if you find something good. Try a new phrase if that one did not work. See if “Movie Download” gets a better result.
