We rounded up a few of our favorite drinks from our favorite rooftops, restaurants, and bars to give you the perfect sips for your Cinco de Derby Party this year. Rhubarb Rye Julep

Ingredients:
1 large mint sprig
1 oz. Mint Extract
1 oz. Rye whiskey
1/2 oz. Rhubarb Syrup
1/4 oz. lemon juice
Directions: Shake enough ice vigorously in a cocktail shaker to fill a julep cup or rocks glass. Pour the chipped ice into your glass and garnish with a large sprig of mint. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir with the ice for about 10 seconds, then strain into the glass. Red Eye Rider

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Old Forester Bourbon
5 oz. Branca Menta
1/2 oz. ginger syrup
5 oz. espresso (cooled)
6 leaves Kentucky mint

Pineapple Julep

Ingredients:
1.35 oz. Mint-infused Don Julio Blanco
1/6 oz. Luxardo Maraschino
1/3 oz. Pineapple Syrup
1.7 oz. Champagne

TG Delight

Ingredients:
2 oz. dry rosé wine
1 oz. lychee purée
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. coconut water syrup (equal parts coconut water and white sugar.)
Directions: Shake with ice and strain into a wine glass. Top with 2 ounces of sparkling wine. Garnish with a Lychee fruit and edible flower. (Recipe courtesy of Make Believe)

Cinco De Mayo Paloma

Ingredients:
2 oz. Tequila
4 oz. Owen’s Grapefruit + Lime
