Overall thoughts

When I wake up well-rested and start my day with an amazing workout, then eat consistently through the day (I also drank a lot of water with lemon and one with my green powder in it), I feel energetic and can handle stress much better. I like to eat dinner at home often but it’s the summer and my kids are away, so I am dining out a lot more. Though I look forward to eating at home when they return, this salmon was pretty good!

What are other wellness activities or habits that make you feel like your best self?

I have a very set morning routine. I love my mornings. When I don’t follow it, I’m off.
I get up really early, have coffee, do a meditation, about an hour of work, take my supplements etc. It is super important for me to start the day this way and with a little time to myself. It truly sets the tone for the day.
