Most of the time, I wake up either at 5:30am or 6am, depending on what time my roommate wakes up. My usual morning routine is after I am out of bed, I do a few stretches, make some warm lemon/turmeric water, get in the shower/wash my face. Before I leave for my commute, I take my dog out for a quick walk or she plays in the backyard if I’m running out of time.

In a weekly project meeting. When I lead project meetings, I try to attach with the notification our task item list so we can go through the items that still need attention and remove those that are done.

Depending on the task, I’m either still updating reports, creating presentations that are reviewed by executives, or calling my supplier for a project I’m working on.

Most of the time I try to leave work between 5pm-5:30pm, but there are days till 7pm.
What do you do after work?
Depending on the day, I usually take my dog out for a long walk and then either make or get dinner with my boyfriend.

I usually go to bed around 10:30pm. My routine is simple, I wash my face/brush my teeth, and go to bed.
Is there anything you’d like people to know?
This job has taught me that communication and time management is very important. There are times where I am asked to do 3 projects at the same time, so I try to prioritize them. Also, you have the chance to work with various departments.
