Dr. Shari Auth and Michelle Larivee are the founders of WTHN, a brand with the mission of helping others heal their bodies and relax their minds. In this spirit, WTHN offers clients the benefits of ancient wisdom melded with modern science through custom acupuncture services and herb-based supplements. Dr. Shari Auth is the Chief Healing Officer of the company, which entails curating WTHN’s boutique, creating products, and treating clients. Michelle is a former investment banker turned wellness guru, who was inspired to become an entrepreneur after experiencing the pain-relieving benefits of acupuncture in the wake of a ski accident. And, as CEO of WTHN, she is constantly “wearing many hats.” Curious to know how two entrepreneurs in the self-care space unwind after a long day? Keep scrolling to find out.

6:30 P.M.

Dr. Shari Auth: I love sitting at the table and having dinner with my family. My digestion is the weakest at night, so I’m in the habit of taking Gut Check herbal tablets before dinner to boost my metabolism and help my body process dinner.

Michelle: Wrapping up meetings at the office and heading home. Our office is in our acupuncture studio, so I’m usually chatting with clients or the team for a while before heading out.

7 P.M.

Dr. Shari Auth: Reading with my daughter. I love watching her mind grow—she’s in the first grade and it’s so fascinating watching her turn into a reader! I like to ask lots of questions to make sure she is understanding what she reads.

Michelle: Bath time and bedtime routine with my 2-year-old! Reading lots of books and explaining why brushing teeth is not optional :).

8 P.M.

Dr. Shari Auth: After reading, we cuddle. This is the time of night when I like to rub chamomile essential oil on her feet if she needs help falling asleep.

Michelle: Cooking dinner and having a glass of wine with my husband. Then, watching TV and multi-tasking while using my Gua Sha tool to make my face glow, which is great for circulation, puffiness and also jaw tension. If it’s a weekend night and we eat or drink too much I always take Oops I Did It Again, WTHN’s blend for indigestion and hangovers, right afterwards to make sure I’m not hungover the next day.

8:30 P.M.

Dr. Shari Auth: After reading with my daughter, I watch a little TV with my husband and do face cupping on myself. I put Squalene face oil on first and then do relaxing, slow strokes to boost anti-aging molecules and relax and tone my face.

Michelle: Take Plant People Drops+ Sleep. I have recently incorporated CBD into my routine and have really noticed the impact on my sleep. Then, I start checking emails and writing my to-do list for the next day.

9 P.M.

Dr. Shari Auth: Around this time I brush my teeth with Pearlbar toothpaste. It’s the best toothpaste I’ve ever used! It contains bentonite clay and charcoal, tastes great, and cleanses my teeth and gums. They also make great charcoal toothpicks.

Michelle: Put away my phone and read a book for 20 to 30 minutes. Right now, I’m reading a book about hiring “A players”. It’s great, as we are growing our team and business quickly and I’m finding it fascinating and very helpful!

9:30 P.M.

Dr. Shari Auth: I love to turn my senses off and prepare my mind for sleep using aromatherapy. I rub Slumber Serum by URB Apothecary on my wrists and the soles of my feet, and spray Among The Flowers Pillow Mist on my pillow.

Michelle: Before bed I like to listen to Chill, a sound meditation. This relaxes my brain and calms my mind before going to sleep. I also have a Vitruvi sleep mist that I always mist in the room and on my face right before sleeping.
