Breakfast

What I eat: Protein Smoothie
The time I eat it: 7 A.M.
How I make it: Ingredients- 1 TBS chia seeds,1 TBS flax seeds, 1 scoop vegan protein powder, 1⁄2 banana, a handful of blackberries, 1⁄2 avocado, a handful of spinach, filled with almond milk.

Snack

What I eat: 2 hard boiled eggs on an English muffin with avocado and hummus.
The time I eat it: 10 A.M.
Where I get it: Made it at home.

Lunch

What I eat: Buddha Bowl
The time I eat it: 12:30 P.M.
How I make it: Ingredients- 1⁄3 cup quinoa, 1⁄2 cup tofu, 1⁄2 cup of veggies (butternut squash and cauliflower), a handful of arugula, sprinkle grated feta cheese, add tahini dressing on top.

Snack

What I eat: 3 protein balls + an apple.
The time I eat it: 3 P.M.

What I eat: Salmon+Brussel sprout salad and half of a sweet potato.
