- Tell yourself WHY you need to workout daily. Because of the results I want, it’s going to keep me feeling young and healthy. It is going to give me an adrenaline boost as well as an increase in my energy and it gives me time for myself away from my phone.
- Any workout is better than none. So many stress about the time they work out that they don’t even get it in. It doesn’t matter when you work out, just do it! Get your mat out in your living room and do a couple of my 10-minute workouts if you don’t have time to get to the gym. Park further away from work or the grocery store so you have more distance to walk, or take the stairs! Every step counts!
- Set your schedule. Plan your workout the day before, deciding when and what you are going to do. Don’t let other things in your day overlap into your workout time, you need to give your body what it needs. Also, have an accountability partner that you are responsible for showing up for. It can make a big difference.
