Wondering what this nutrition and fitness expert eats in a day? She breaks it down below.

Breakfast

What I eat: For the last 5 years, I have had the same breakfast. I still get excited to wake up and get all the proper nutrients in my body to start the day. I have an Herbalife24 shake with their added protein–this ensures I get the 24g of protein in the morning that my body needs, as it’s packed full of vitamins and minerals. But what I love most is how great it tastes! It also includes good fats, which are essential for maintaining your blood sugar level and fueling your body with the right ingredients. Plus, it’s NSF-certified, which most shakes are not, meaning any sport athlete can take it. If it’s good enough for Ronaldo and Heather Jackson, it’s good enough for me!
I am not a coffee drinker because, well, I am British and we love tea! So I have my Herbalife Chai tea that is thermogenic, which means it burns calories and gives you energy. Packed full of black, green tea, and plenty of antioxidants, it’s a key part of me feeling awake! To help with digestion, I always have a splash of the aloe in some water to get my tummy moving for the day.
The time I eat it: 6:30 A.M. Within 30 minutes of waking up.
How I make it or where I get it: Herbalife Nutrition. I am an independent distributor.

Snack

What I eat: Greek Yogurt with Berries. You have to be super careful when it comes to yogurt, as a lot of them are full of sugar. My rule of thumb is to make sure the protein is always more than the carbs and sugar. When it comes to fruit, I always stick to berries as they are lower in sugar and higher in antioxidants. If I am craving something sweet, I will have some mango instead of sweets!
The time I eat it: 9 A.M.
How I make it or where I get it: Fage is the best Greek yogurt I have found so far!

Lunch

What I eat: This varies between a crunchy kale wrap or summer salad. I am always running around, so I make sure that someone picks me up food from a nearby place called Jans. Luckily for them, they are the only healthy place around, so I have a running tab with them!
The time I eat it: 12 P.M.
How I make it or where I get it: Picked up from Jans.

Snack

What I eat: Celery and Almond butter. I have found it to be better than peanut butter, and I prefer the taste.
The time I eat it: 3 P.M.
How I make it or where I get it: Chop up the celery and most likely dip it into the almond butter!

Dinner

What I eat: Salmon, green beans and quinoa. My meals are always balanced between protein, carbs, good fats and veggies. Around 24 grams of protein for my main meals, or measured by the size of my palm.
The time I eat it: 6 P.M.
How I make it or where I get it: I am not a cook, so typically my boyfriend or one of my staff will whip something up for me!

Snack

What I eat: A post-recovery shake with protein, L glutamine and BCAs.
The time I eat it: 8:30 P.M.
How I make it or where I get it: Herbalife24.

Workout

Workout I did: Booty Burn from my daily workout program, BURN – 30 Day Get fit. It includes 30-40 minutes of workouts that target different body parts each day. Monday through Saturday, it tracks your progress, making it easy to stay on track and know exactly what workout to do!
The time I do it: 7:30 P.M.

Overall thoughts

I felt great all day, I love what I do so it’s easy to stay motivated. The food I fuel my body with during the day allows me to stay energized and full.

What are other wellness activities or habits that make you feel like your best self?

I have a very specific morning routine, which sets up my day with intention and positivity. As soon as I am up, I add music to my living room with an app called Calm that plays sounds of the waves crashing. Next up, I light some incense to add a soothing smell to the room. I make my breakfast shake, aloe, and tea! Then, I sit on the sofa and read 15-20 minutes of a personal development book, followed by 10 minutes of audio by either Mark Hughes or Jim Rohn.

Anything else you’d like to add?

My days are always filled to the max, but I love the intensity and discipline it takes to run a business!
