Megan Roup is the founder of The Sculpt Society, an athletic approach to dance-based fitness with a cult following. Before founding her program, Megan attended NYU’s Tisch dance program, and went on to dance professionally, which informed the foundation of The Sculpt Society. For those of us who want to stay active, but aren’t excited about the prospect of venturing out into freezing weather to work out, Megan’s classes are available on-demand on obé. Talk about convenient. Below, this fitness guru breaks down everything she eats in a day, to inspire us to finish 2018 on a healthy note.

Overall thoughts about your day today and how you feel:

Most days I am running around the city, teaching class in soho, streaming in Dumbo, privates and meetings. Eating to fuel my body is really important, so I always make sure I am stocked up on healthy groceries and easy snacks. I also am a strong believer in self-care practices like weekly massages, meditating, infrared saunas and getting enough sleep.
My mission is to make women feel good in their bodies through movement. I want my clients to leave my classes feeling empowered, energized and strong in their own skin. The Sculpt Society is an amazing community and I want anyone who comes to class to feel welcomed. When you take the intimidation out of fitness amazing things happen.
