Tia Mowry-Hardrict is the actress you'll recognize from Sister, Sister, Twitches, and Seventeen Again. Nowadays, you can catch the Disney star in Netflix's first all-black family sitcom, Family Reunion, which just got picked up for a second season. If you start streaming it in a mini tab on your work computer, we won't judge. Discussing the new season of the show, Tia tells us, "We start filming in February and I’m so excited to reunite with the amazing cast and crew to keep telling real stories about this hilarious and relatable black family."

In addition to acting, Tia also has a popular YouTube channel, Tia Mowry's Quick Fix, a direct line between her and her fans where she shares easy recipes, hair tricks, and other life hacks. She says, "I’m dedicated to finding that 'quick fix' that makes all our lives easier so we can spend more time doing the things we love." When Tia isn't working, she loves spending time with her husband Cory, and two kids Cree and Cairo. She's also a big self-care advocate, especially for mothers: "You have to take care of the goose so she can lay the eggs, right? Taking a little time out for yourself is necessary so you can be the best mother, wife, sister, friend, etc. you can be!" For those of us who grew up watching Tia on TV every day, find the star's nightly routine below.

6:30 P.M. While I’m cooking dinner, Cairo is hanging out in her high chair and Cree (after his homework is done, of course) is either at the computer nook in the kitchen playing around with GarageBand or on the couch watching cartoons; our faves are True on Netflix or Go Teen Titans. Cory is usually close by, studying his lines for his latest project.

7:00 P.M. We like to sit down at the table and eat dinner as a family as often as we can. I’m always focused on creating meals that are healthy and delicious—one example of a dinner I like to make is spaghetti and turkey meatballs (Cree’s favorite) with a side of asparagus with honey, bacon, and feta cheese. I always like to add natural flavors like honey to my vegetable dishes to get my little ones excited about eating healthy.

8:00 P.M. We give Cairo a bath and read her Goodnight Moon as she enjoys her last bottle of the day before drifting off in her crib. With Cree, it’s a similar process (minus the bottle): he takes a shower, brushes his teeth, puts on his pajamas, and then I tuck him in and give him a kiss goodnight.

8:30 P.M. Once the kids are in bed, my husband and I like to meal prep for the day ahead. One of my favorite make-ahead meals is my no bake honey oatmeal energy bites. I make these bites with easy ingredients like oats, almond butter, and honey—you just roll them up, chill them, and then enjoy them for the week! For my husband and I, we whip up overnight oats with seeds, our favorite nut butter, and a touch of honey to eat in the morning. I love overnight oats because they’re so convenient; as a busy mom, I’m all about the grab-and-go breakfasts.

9:00 P.M. This is my self-care time! Sometimes I’m able to get a quick workout in. I’m obsessed with my stationary bike and always feel better whenever I use it, even if it’s only for twenty minutes. After that, I light some candles and draw a bubble bath. While the water is running, I add a Himalayan salt soak, then climb into the tub to melt the stresses of the day away.

9:30 P.M. Brush my teeth and get into my skincare routine. I actually like to use Cory’s skincare products; he’s got a knack for picking the best stuff. First I cleanse, then tone, then apply a nighttime recovery concentrate, and I finish up with lip balm and a hydrating mist—I’m all about that moisture! When I’ve got an extra minute to pamper myself, I like to use my towel warmer and add some rose water, which makes me feel like I’m at a spa.

10:00 P.M. Time to go through my emails and/or catch up on my favorite shows, like Stranger Things or The Handmaid’s Tale.

10:30/11:00 P.M. Cory and I kiss goodnight, then it’s lights out, and sweet dreams!
