Kesha is the superstar singer/songwriter behind top songs like "Tik Tok," "Your Love Is My Drug," and "Prayer." One of the biggest stars of the last decade, she has earned two #1 albums on the US Billboard 200, and has ten top-ten singles on the US Billboard Hot 100. "Tik Tok," was even the best-selling digital single in history, and has currently sold over 25 million copies. If that wasn't impressive enough, in total, she has sold more than 134 million records worldwide. Beyond her musical talents, Kesha is also an entrepreneur. Her highly anticipated makeup brand Kesha Rose launches soon, featuring rainbow, nature, and earth-inspired colors. We were curious to know how a pop icon starts her day (and, no, it doesn't involve brushing her teeth with a bottle of Jack)--find Kesha's morning routine below.

9:00 A.M. The time I wake up totally depends on the night before, but last night I took it easy (which is not always the case…). Once I’m up, the first thing I do is clean up cat droppings.

9:30 A.M. I hop on my bike and head to the beach – my favorite place to start the day.

10:00 A.M. The beach is the perfect place to clear my mind, look for sea creatures and contemplate what to do with myself for the rest of the day. I’m currently putting the finishing touches on my upcoming album, High Road (available January 10th!), so there’s a lot going on every day and getting these quiet moments in helps me stay grounded.

11:00 A.M. Around this time I usually arrive home and shower off the sand.

11:30 A.M. Time to prepare my face to face the day! I tone my skin with the Biologique Recherche Lotion P50V and moisturize with Augustinus Bader Cream. For makeup, I start with the Hourglass Cosmetics Vanish Seamless Finish Liquid Foundation. Then it’s time to whip out my brand new box of Kesha Rose Beauty, which I’ve been working on for over a year. My makeup look depends on what I’m doing that day; today’s a studio day, so I throw on my That Bitch Lip Gloss, which is always in my purse (hot tip: you can also use this as a glossy eye shadow or as a cheek stain!). If I need to be a fancier version of myself, I’ll turn my eyes into a kaleidoscope of colors with the FTW Eyeshadow Palette.

12:00 P.M. I grab a bite to eat on my way out the door. I jump in the car and head to the studio to work on some of the final touches of High Road.
