You might know Haley Pham from her addictive YouTube channel, where she does everything from testing TikTok beauty trends to crashing a high school dance. (Oops.) The 19-year-old also has a clothing line and co-hosts a podcast, Call Me Candid, with Instagram illustrator Lilly Ann. How does Haley start her morning before broadcasting to millions of fans? She’s about to tell us...

9 A.M.  Because I always work from home, my morning routine hasn’t changed too much since quarantine, except I don’t go out to get coffee anymore. The first thing I do is make Vietnamese coffee [instead] using condensed milk and a French press (or another method). My mom drank it while I was growing up, and I love it!

9:15 A.M. I go outside on my picnic table with my coffee and do Bible study. For me, that’s reading a book of the Bible and highlighting things that stand out to me. I underline things that I want to remember. I like to use Post-it notes to rewrite messages I want to take away from the lesson, and then I say a prayer.

9:45 A.M. I use an oil cleanser to wash my face, then an antioxidant serum, followed by a dry oil, moisturizer, and lastly a moisturizing spray. I use Rael Beauty and I love First Aid Beauty’s Intense Hydration cream. (It’s super-thick, which is great because my skin is severely dry!)

10 A.M. I get dressed and ready for the day. Usually I wear cute jeans, Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, and a crop top. If I’m filming that day, I’ll add big gold hoop earrings, and actually do my hair!

10:30 A.M. The first thing I do is take out my planner and make a to-do list. Then I log on to work… although sometimes logging on just means whipping out my camera to film a video.

10:45 A.M. I take care of any calls and check in with my team before getting started on any filming edits I need to do that day.

11:30 A.M. I get ready for my work out! I can’t go to the gym anymore, so I go on walks with my dog Spock. (That was already his name when I got him at the pound… I assume it’s because his ears look like Spock from Star Trek, but I’m not positive because I don’t watch the show!)
