1. Description

The Newsette Giveaway (the “Contest”) will be conducted by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules. One prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants who:

  • Follow @thenewsette and @daniella_pierson on Instagram
  • Subscribe to The Newsette’s daily newsletter at thenewsette.com
  • Tag at least one (1) friend’s Instagram handle on Sponsor’s Contest post
  • Share the Contest post to their Instagram Stories and tag @thenewsette

(each a valid “Entry”) during the Entry Period.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one of the fifty (50) United States and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliated companies, and Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Contest and complying with applicable laws.

3. Entry Period

The Contest begins on or about 8:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 24, 2025, and ends at 12:00 PM EST on February XX, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The computer of the Sponsor administering the Contest is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @thenewsette and @daniella_pierson on Instagram
  2. Subscribe to The Newsette’s daily newsletter at thenewsette.com
  3. Tag at least one (1) friend’s Instagram handle on the Contest post
  4. Share the Contest post to their Instagram Stories and tag @thenewsette

Each additional tag counts as an extra entry.

Participants may not use multiple accounts or fake identities. Any attempt to game the system will result in disqualification.

IMPORTANT: Message and data rates may apply if entering via mobile device.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

💼 A private coaching session with Daniella Pierson (Co-founder of The Newsette, Wondermind, and investor in multiple iconic ventures)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,599

The winner will be selected at random and announced on February XX, 2025, via The Newsette’s Instagram feed (@thenewsette) and contacted through Instagram Direct Message.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Taxes and any additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner must complete and return all required Prize Acceptance Documents. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

7. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Contest or violates these Official Rules.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any other issues that may affect the outcome of the Contest.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.

The Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, visit The Newsette’s Instagram feed @thenewsette after February XX, 2025.
