Morning Routine
Hannah Bronfman is the founder of wellness destination HBFIT, a DJ, content creator, and global face of Adidas Women. Talk about being a multi-hyphenate. If that wasn't enough, she's also the author of Do What Feels Good, a book of "recipes, remedies, and routines to treat your body right." With the media boss being "totally obsessed" with beauty and health, we were eager to hear how she starts her day. Find Hannah's balanced morning routine below, complete with a breakdown of all of the must-have products she uses in the A.M.
8:00 A.M. I usually wake up between 7:30-8:30am, depending on what time I got to bed the night before. I start my day with 16oz of hot water with lemon in the winter, and celery juice in the summer.
8:30 A.M. Catch up on my phone for a few minutes in the morning – I go over my schedule for the day and I’ll pack my bag – sometimes this is jammed with clothes if I need to change after a workout or maybe I’m just headed to the office and need my computer but I like to prep what I need for the day while I sip on my hot water with lemon.
I love a good face wipe so I’ll throw in a pack from Consonant or Koh Gen Do. Also in my little face kit I will have a moisturizer – usually from Dr. Barbara Sturm. Right now I’m using the one for dark skin tones. I also have 2 different concealers that I will mix and dab over the spots on my face where I tend to get red. One is from Nars and the other is from KKW beauty.
9:00 A.M./9:30 A.M. I’ll go for a workout – these days I’ve been loving DanceBody sculpt class and Forward Space fire class. Both play amazing music and put me in a great head space for the rest of the day. If I’m traveling, I try and find a group fitness class as it is very exciting to see what trends and classes people are doing and what’s being marketed in other places.
10:30 A.M. Workout done. This is when I reach in my bag and freshen up my face and dab on a little concealer and fix my hair. I’m then either grabbing a shake on my way to the office or a meeting and if I do have the time to go home and shower I have a little more of an involved skincare and makeup routine.
A.M. Beauty Routine:
Wash: iS Clinical gel cleanser

Moisturizer: SkinCeuticals moisturizer for combo skin
A.M. Makeup:
Mix of NARS foundation and concealer + KKW concealers
Kosas cheek and highlighter duo
Brush my brows and then Mary Kay clear brow gel
Lips – Elizabeth Arden tinted lip balm
Mascara – Wander beauty mascara
