Ashli Stockton is the CEO and founder of Sunday Forever, a self-care brand with deliciously delightful products, such as coconut candles, silk sleep masks, and detoxing mists. About to celebrate her second year in business, Ashli has managed to create a brand around the luxurious feeling of a long Sunday afternoon. And her products are not only beautiful–but also inspiring. Sunday Forever works with candle-makers that employ female refugees, and pay them a fair living wage. Look out for the company’s exciting holiday offerings as well. We asked this motivating founder about her travel must-haves, and she shared them all below. 
How often do you travel? Are these trips mostly domestic or international?
Before starting Sunday Forever I traveled a TON, both internationally and domestically. Since starting the business I’ve been so boots on the ground and in the trenches, I haven’t had much time to. However, I do consider myself a bit of a travel pro. It’s all about being organized and having everything you need.
What type/brand of bag do you use as your carry-on? What do you pack inside of it?
I’m obsessed with Dagne Dover. They’re not only made from vegan leather but they’re beautifully designed, durable and they have a spot for everything – so many pockets, pouches, so neat and organized!
What goes inside:

  1. Lip Balm-I’m an addict. I use our Le Coco Coconut lip balm. It’s 100% natural, super moisturizing and smells and tastes like coconut. PERFECTION.
  2. Hand Cream! I was recently introduced to Skinfix and I’ll never look back. It’s very moisturizing without being greasy and it somehow stays on and lasts.
  3. Mini-size of the heritage rosewater spray (without glycerin). It’s refreshing, moisturizing, feels great and smells nice. I spray it on throughout the flight.
  4. Crystals. I always have a clear quartz crystal, an amethyst, and selenite worry stone. They make me feel calm and safe and if I get fidgety our Don’t Worry Stone is nice to hold in my palm.
  5. Water! I bring my Soma water bottle everywhere I go. It’s glass not plastic but is durable because it has a cute silicon sleeve around it.
  6. Our Super Fluffy Sleepmask– we designed it to be oversized, soft and super fluffy and that’s just what it is. It almost feels like a comforter for your face. The best.
  7. Socks! I love plain white Hanes socks, and I cut the tops off so they don’t squeeze. I buy them in big packs so I always have a fresh pair. There’s nothing like a fresh white pair of cozy socks.
  8. My Apple air pods. I can’t remember what life was like before they existed. Bleak.
  9. A pack of Hairbo cherry gummies. They’re the perfect treat and they’re cute.
  10. Our COCONUTS perfume, but in our Tiger’s Eye rollerball. Good vibes and you smell fresh and delicious.
