Tanya Zuckerbrot is a registered dietitian, and founder/CEO of F-Factor, a weight loss brand headquartered out of her concierge private practice in NYC. As a health guru, Tanya is responsible for helping her clients not only look, but also feel their best – which is why many of her clients like to think of her as more of a life coach than a diet coach. In addition to helping clients live their best lives, Tanya is also the author of the bestselling diet book, The F-Factor Diet, and has recently released the F-Factor app, where users can journal what they eat in a day, while tracking net carbs and fiber intake. Wondering how this multi-talented dietitian/author/entrepreneur ends her day? Find out below.

6:30 P.M. I’m usually wrapping up with the team at the office at this time. I see clients from 9-6, so the end of the day is usually when I catch up with my assistant, and my marketing and operations teams. We discuss upcoming projects, and what the next few days entail, often with a glass of wine.

7 P.M. My chariotAKA my Uberawaits! I aim to leave the office around 7pm, so I can walk in the door by 7:15 P.M. Luckily, the office is just a short 10-minute ride uptown, so I use that time to squeeze in a quick call to my mom, sister or a friend. When I walk in the door, the first to greet me are my two cockapoos, Henry and Hudson, followed by my kids and finally, my husband.

7:20 P.M. Before sitting down to eat, I make sure to film my dinner prep to share with my Instagram followers for inspiration for their own dinners—I practice what I preach so of our all meals are #FFACTORAPPROVED.

7:30 P.M. Okay, now we can eat. Our family dinners are filled with stories from the kids’ days, current events, laugher, and, of course, fiber and protein. We always start with a salad, followed by a combination of high-fiber vegetables and lean proteins. Starting with the nutrient-and-fiber-packed salad helps to fill us up and offset hunger for the main course, which is where people tend to overeat the most. Some of my favorite family dinner recipes are included in the new version of the F-Factor Diet Book, like zoodles with mozzarella-stuffed meatballs and F-Factor’s eggplant parm lasagna. I also love making F-Factor chili with a DIY toppings bar, and my go-to taco night meal.

8:00 P.M.  After dinner, I can be found in my childrens’ rooms. I review their homework and spend some quality time with each them. I pick out my daughter’s outfits for the next day with them too, it’s one of my favorite parts of my night.

8:30 P.M. I take a few minutes of me-time to wash up. Skincare has always been an important part of my regimen. Once a week, I’ll do a charcoal purifying mask. Then, every night, I use Dr. Devgan’s Platinum Serum and night cream—I swear by it! I then brush my teeth, which helps dissuade me from any after-dinner snacking.

9:00 P.M. After washing up, I usually spend some time on my phone. I return text messages from the day and respond to DMs on Instagram from the F-Factor community. Around 9:30, my husband and I get into bed to pick up where we left off on whichever Netflix series we’re working on (currently finishing The Crown, so good!).

Time you go to bed: 11pm. After one last glimpse at emails and my schedule for the next day, I dab 2 drops of essential oils on the inside of my wrists and take two deep breaths. The lavender scent relaxes me and helps me to get a good night’s sleep.
