This Victoria's Secret Model's Superfood-Packed Morning Routine

Devon Windsor is an IMG-represented model who has fronted campaigns for Victoria’s Secret, Michael Kors, Sephora, H&M, Love Moschino, and more. She’s also graced the cover of world-renowned magazines, like Vogue Thailand, Elle Brazil, Harpers Bazaar, and Allure Russia. In addition to walking international runways–including Chanel, Prada, Alexander McQueen, and Dior–Devon can now be found starring in E!‘s show Model Squad (premiering tonight at 8 P.M.), which follows the lives of Devon and fellow models Olivia Culpo, Shanina Shaik, Hannah Ferguson, Nadine Leopold, and more throughout fashion week. Originally from St. Louis, Devon shared with us that if she wasn’t modeling, she would love to be a chef, since she grew up cooking with her parents every night. Devon added that she used to play, “every sport imaginable, so having an active lifestyle is something I have always maintained and enjoyed!” Wondering how this impressive twenty-four-year-old model starts her day? She breaks it all down below.
9 A.M. On days I’m not working, I am usually up and running by 9am at the latest! This gives me an hour or so to wake up and get ready for my workout by 10am! I am a big sleeper and typically try to get between 8 and 10 hours of sleep each night.
9:15 A.M. After lying in bed for a bit reviewing all of my texts, emails, and social channels, I get up and immediately brush my teeth and wash my face with my favorite Shiseido White Lucent face wash. I’ll then tone with Caudalie Beauty Elixir and finish it off with some Mimi Luzon face cream.
9:30 A.M. I make my way to the kitchen to prepare my daily morning smoothie recipe. I actually made a tutorial about this on my Vlog! I include berries, acai, Greek yogurt, orange juice, raw honey, Emergen-C and sometimes powdered greens like spirulina, spinach and collagen.
10 A.M. I try to be at the gym at this time, getting my workout in. This usually is Pilates, body weight training or boxing. I like to mix up my routine to keep it exciting! I also don’t like to do anything that will bulk up my muscles too much, as I build very easily from being so sporty throughout my childhood!
11:15 A.M. I’m back at my apartment and showering. I use Kerastase shampoo and conditioner or Moroccan Oil. I’ll occasionally apply a leave-in conditioner after my shower or throughout the day, and for that I like to use Shu Umera. For my face, I love to use the Clarisonic spin brush a couple times each week – it definitely makes a difference! And, for my body, I like to use Byredo body wash and lotions. After my shower, I follow up with the same Caudalie toner and then moisturize with my Tata Harper illuminating eye cream, Kiehl’s Fine Line Reducing serum and Mimi Luzon Face Cream.
12 P.M. I head to my makeup table afterwards and put on the Giorgio Armani crema Nuda as a tinted moisturizer and light coverage, as well as some YSL concealer under my eyes. One stroke of Chanel mascara and that’s it for an easy everyday look!
