Curious how this model winds down after a long day? Find out below.

8 P.M. I usually have my last meal around this time, so I have enough time to digest before jumping into bed. A typical dinner for me is fairly light. I will usually have a protein like fish with some vegetable or a hearty salad. I try and stay away from too many carbs this late in the day so I can sleep a little easier.

9 P.M. After dinner, I try to take an hour for some “me time,” which I think is important, given my hectic schedule. During this time, I catch up on emails to see what my day is like for the next day of work, read news of the day, go on social media and watch TV. I’m a big fan of 90s and early 2000s shows like Friends and Desperate Housewives.
10 P.M. Once I’ve had a sufficient amount of Chandler, I start getting ready for bed. I’m a night shower girl because it actually helps me keep to my skincare routine.
For my skin, I cleanse my face with Dr. Barbara Sturm Face Scrub and after use the NYDG Gel Moisturizer and then I finish it off with my favorite Charlotte Tilbury Eye Cream.
11 P.M. By this time, I’m off to bed. I wear a silk eye mask to help soothe me into a deep sleep. I try to get at least 8-hours of rest each night.
