Nadine Leopold is an IMG model who made her long-awaited debut in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai last year. In addition to having landed one of the most coveted gigs in the modeling world, the Austrian bombshell has graced the covers of numerous international editions of Glamour as well as Harper’s Bazaar, Grey Magazine and The Daily Summer. Nadine has also strutted down famous runways, such as Alberta Ferretti and Phillip Plein, and was even included in former Vogue Paris editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld’s eponymous publication, CR Fashion Book. Most recently, Nadine has appeared in campaigns for leading fashion and jewelry brands including Victoria Secret, Swarovski, Harry Winston, Dundas by Peter Dundas, and the Italian brand Elisabetta Franchi, which was shot by renowned photographer Mariano Vivanco. You can now keep up with Nadine as she makes her way to the top of the fashion world, on E!’s show, Model Squad (currently airing weeknights at 8pm EST). Curious how this model winds down after a long day? Find out below.
P.M. I usually have my last meal around this time, so I have enough time to digest before jumping into bed. A typical dinner for me is fairly light. I will usually have a protein like fish with some vegetable or a hearty salad. I try and stay away from too many carbs this late in the day so I can sleep a little easier.
P.M. After dinner, I try to take an hour for some “me time,” which I think is important, given my hectic schedule. During this time, I catch up on emails to see what my day is like for the next day of work, read news of the day, go on social media and watch TV. I’m a big fan of 90s and early 2000s shows like Friends and Desperate Housewives.
P.M. Once I’ve had a sufficient amount of Chandler, I start getting ready for bed. I’m a night shower girl because it actually helps me keep to my skincare routine.
P.M. By this time, I’m off to bed. I wear a silk eye mask to help soothe me into a deep sleep. I try to get at least 8-hours of rest each night.
