Ashley Moore is the in-demand model you might recognize from E!‘s show Model Squad. Though she hails from Oceanside, California, Ashley lived all across the country as a child, due to the fact that both of her parents were in the military. Before going to college, Ashley begged her mom to take her to Los Angeles for two weeks to try and make it as a model. On her trip, she went to various open calls, and got turned away due to her height. However, she was eventually signed at Nous Model Agency–and the rest is history. Since that moment, Ashley has graced the cover of ARCADIA magazine and has landed editorial shoots for GQ, Seventeen, Cosmopolitan and Nylon, to name a few. She has also walked in an Alice & Olivia fashion show as well as shot various films, television series and commercials for brands including Ross, Verizon and Lexus. And she’s also mastered Instagram, if her impressive following is any indication. Below, Ashley tells us everything she does to wrap up a busy day.
30 P.M. I usually prepare dinner at this time because I don’t normally like to eat anything much past 7pm daily. Usually you can find me in the kitchen with the music bumping and me dancing as much as I am chopping and stirring. My favorite music is upbeat, like Hip-Hop.
P.M. Dinnertime! Living in Southern California, we have access to really fresh produce so it’s easy to create healthy, fresh and delicious meals. I love salmon, chicken and sushi too!
P.M. Around this time I’ll do an hour of cardio. To pass the time I’ll usually watch some TV or a movie at the same time. I love action films, anything with Angelina Jolie and romantic comedies. I drink a lot of water during and after my workout. I try not to drink too much water just before bed so I can have a peaceful relaxing night’s sleep…if you know what I mean! Ha!
P.M. Post-workout shower or a relaxing bath. I love Kopari’s body scrub. I also rub aloe on my face as a face mask, Peter Thomas Roth eye mask to de-puff and Kopari moisturizer.
P.M. I love to put down all phones and electronics and read in bed. This helps me wind down, fall asleep and get a good night’s rest. I’ve read a lot of Joel Osteen, he helps you keep grounded and keep a positive attitude. Packed in my bag for my next trip is The Alchemist.
