6:30 P.M. If I’m not hitting up a local social event in the city to support a friend or a cause, I am home closing out my day by this time. I love a good early evening 20 minute meditation to decompress. I practice Transcendental Meditation I use InsightTimer to find the perfect meditation cycle.

7 P.M. I want to say that I regularly cook my husband and me a healthy dinner at this time, but sadly, I am a horrible cook. We are both super busy working people, so we love to order in. Whether it’s sushi, salads or pasta from our favorite local spot. We love to set the table, light candles and make it a moment to relish together. I cherish my nights in with him and our dogs.

8 P.M. Speaking of dogs, they are my children. After dinner, you can find my husband and l loving up on them, and laughing at them. Zooey is a 16 pound Boston Terrier and Don Julio is our 22 pound French Bulldog. They make my life so beyond full. If I could do this all day every day, I would.

8:30 P.M. I usually revisit my inbox around this time to check on any last-minute emails that came through in the evening and make my short to-do list for the next day.

9 P.M. Bath time. I live for baths. I usually pop on a podcast (Danielle LaPorte’s “With Love” is on heavy rotation now.) I light candles, drop in some essential oils and load it up with Himalayan sea salt. If I’m feeling extra stressed I’ll use a CBD infused bath salt. This is my ultimate ME time.

9:30 P.M. I close my day by burning some Palo Santo, gratitude journaling and reading my latest favorite book. Right now it’s SPIRIT HACKING by Shaman Durek.

10:30 P.M. By this time I go to bed!
