IShark Tank legit? Ask Sarah Lee & Christine Chang. The co-CEOs of Glow Recipe pitched the Tank in 2015; now their K-Beauty line brings in millions. Seriously dedicated to their own skincare routines, Sarah and Christene aim to spend less time with makeup on, especially at home. (Christine even says, “I can count the number of times I’ve gone to bed without cleansing my face since college on one hand,” which is intense, but: respect.) Want to learn how these beauty insiders take care of their skin? We quizzed them about their nighttime routines. Warning: multiple dreamy beauty products ahead...

6:30 P.M.
Sarah: I’m either still in the office or grabbing a quick drink with team members or friends. Or grocery shopping at Eataly, which is near where I live. Recently, my husband has been experimenting with new recipes for dinner.
Christine: I’m going home to wash my face. I use the Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser and cleanse my face thoroughly to make sure I melt all the makeup, pollution, and SPF off my face. One of my favorite shortcuts is to apply a layer of Avocado Retinol Melt Sleeping Mask, which is very nourishing and comforting.

7 P.M.
Sarah: I do a full cleansing routine as soon as I get home. I remove makeup and deep clean my face, then I tone and hydrate with Watermelon Glow Ultra-Fine Mist to get that extra hydration. Next I apply a sheet mask–recently I’ve been obsessed with the Sweet Chef Ginger Sheet Mask as it helps brighten and hydrate my skin. I leave it on for about 10 minutes while I multitask (helping my husband cook or responding to emails).
Christine: I love cooking dinner with my daughter. She’s still young, but as long as she’s safe, I like helping her try things like peeling vegetables or even stir-frying over low heat. She enjoys the process, and I’d like to think this helps to foster her independent spirit.

8 P.M.
Sarah: I always take a bath at night to really recharge for the next day. I’m pretty much a bathing professional—I have various types of bubble baths, salts, oils, and post-bath body lotions and butters. My current recipe for a soothing, pampering soak consists of Honest Company’s Lavender Bubble Bath mixed with a scoop of Epsom salt and a scoop of SheaMoisture’s Coconut Milk Bath Powder.
Christine: After dinner, I usually check my daughter’s homework and prepare her for the next day of school. After I put her to bed, I usually get some emails done that I didn’t get a chance to answer during the workday. Then I take a nice, long shower to feel refreshed and ready for bed.

8:30 P.M.
Sarah: After my bath, I remove my sheet mask, or pat in the mask formula into my skin and refresh with the Watermelon Glow Ultra-Fine Mist to get my skin really plump and moisturized for the following steps. Before my serum step, I take a pea-sized amount of Avocado Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask to depuff and recharge my under eyes after a long day, and follow up with the Pineapple-C Bright Serum for extra brightening.
Christine: By this time, I like to apply a second layer of the avocado mask to give my skin an extra boost of nourishment.

9 P.M.
Sarah: Sometimes, my night involves me getting on the phone with vendors from Korea. (It’s a 17-hour time difference.) Usually, I use this time to prepare… Thankfully, my husband is very understanding of this and lets me do the calls from our bed!
Christine: I’ve been trying to read more novels lately. I’ve been loving Christine Laglorio-Chafkin’s We Are the Nerds and An Education by Lynn Barber.

9:30 P.M.
Sarah: Before bed, I like to clean up my apartment. This calms me down and lets me go to bed with a clearer mind. If I don’t have time to do this, I’ll often wake up the next morning a little bit overwhelmed!
Christine: Before getting into bed, I like to change into my oversized ‘You Jelly?’ sweatshirt. Then I try to hop onto social and answer some of my followers’ questions. I sometimes have conference calls with our overseas retailer partners or manufacturers, too.

Time for bed:
Sarah: My husband and I usually get into bed at the same time, which is around 11 P.M. to midnight.
Christine: I don’t get into bed until around 11:30. I like to play a podcast like How I Built This to pass the time. I typically check the weather for the following day to lay out what I’m going to wear, and check my calendar for any morning meetings or editor breakfasts. I keep a mist, lip balm, hand cream, and a glass of water on my nightstand for easy access.
