How This E! Star Starts Her Early Morning

Routines

Morgan Stewart is a co-host on E!’s hit show “Daily Pop” (which airs weekdays at 12pm), Snapchat’s “What the Fashion,” and the Instagram segment, “Necessary Realness.” You might have also spotted her on E!’s award-winning red carpet coverage of the Oscars, Golden Globes, Grammys, and Emmys. Known for her fresh, funny take on all things pop culture, Morgan has quickly become one of the network’s most recognizable personalities. Oh, and she also happens to have over a million social media followers. Wondering what this E! star does to prepare for her busy day? Find out below.
5 A.M. I wake up and hop in the shower before having my first coffee of the day to get me started. I follow that with taking a B Complex and grabbing a water. Hopefully, I have some piece of fruit in my hand (preferably a banana) and get in the car to head to the office.
6:30 A.M. I step into our morning news meeting with “Daily Pop” producers and my co-hosts Justin Sylvester and Carissa Culiner, which is when we go through the different segments of the show and discuss the latest breaking entertainment news.
7 A.M. By this time, I am usually on my second coffee as I head off to hair and makeup to get ready for the day.
7:45 A.M. Time to get dressed! Usually, my wardrobe is a mix from my own closet and items provided by the stylists we have working on the show. I always wear my own shoes and own denim because I know what works best for me.
8:15 A.M. I’m usually running late at this point because I’ve lost my I.D. badge (daily occurrence), and once I get back to my desk I eat my second snack of the day, Honey Nut Cheerios and continue researching for the upcoming show.
8:45 A.M. I get mic’d and head to set for last-minute touch-ups and notes from producers before we go on air.
9 A.M. The show is live, and on Fridays, we do a champagne cheers to the weekend! In my mind, I am ready for a mimosa! In between commercial breaks, I’m usually found on my phone attempting to take an Instagram photo (it never works) or trying to hide my makeup bag in my chair (also never works, and it makes regular appearances on air).
10 A.M. We wrap the show, and I’m on to my next shoot. My schedule varies weekly, but usually I head to “What the Fashion” on Snapchat or “Necessary Realness” on Instagram. If I have a day or two during the week without afternoon shoots, I try and run to a reformer Pilates class to end my day by sweating it out!
